Think YOU are the better fighter in Street Fighter II Turbo?
Think YOU can beat a level in Super Mario Bros. the fastest?
Think YOU can collect most rings in Sonic the Hedgehog?
Think YOU are the all around better retro game player among your group of friends?
There is only one way to find out! The Next Game Master is a competition for 3-8 players. Players will try and score points in 6 Rounds of Trivia and Video Game Challenges (Using Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis Games). After 6 Rounds, the scores are tallied and the players get ranked. The rankings matter in the final round, The Gauntlet. This is where the lowest ranked player goes up against the next highest ranked player. In a best of 3 series of game challenges, the winner advances to play against the next highest ranked player. This continues until a player gets to the #1 ranked player. The winner is determined in a best of 5 series of game challenges and will become The Next Game Master!
(This is a PC game so for the best gaming experience, it is recommended to play on a Television screen and with the classic console controllers for the NES, SNES & Genesis)
This is still under development and is about 75% complete. If you have any questions about The Next Game Master or would like to help support it in any way, please contact me at [email protected]!
